When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously when not submitting a form.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To process an application to exhibit at Indie Craft Parade
• To process a purchase of tickets

Do we retain the rights to the photos you upload?

When submitting an application form to exhibit at Indie Craft Parade, you must upload the required photos of your work. We only retain the rights to these photos as necessary for processing your application and for possible promotional purposes. In the event that you are accepted as an exhibitor, we reserve the right to publish your photos for promotional purposes without prior written consent. We will make every effort to credit you as the artist and notify you of the publication in which your work will appear. You retain all creative rights to the work shown.

How do we protect your information?

Your information is stored on a password secured server and is accessible by you and Indie Craft Parade staff only. Additionally, we do not store your payment information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. We may share your email address with relevant festival partners.
